What should you look for when trying to find a durable meat saw and what are they used for? Well today you will find out there are a few different models and they are ST-200 PE, ST-200 AI, ST-295 PE, ST-295 AI, and ST-305 SH.

All these models do different things and are for different kinds of people now if you want a compact saw that’s small and powerful because you don’t have enough space you need the ST-200 PE it has a 79” blade, 1 phase, 110V and 60 Hz it is the ideal saw for butchers and small restaurants . Now the ST-200 AI has most of the features the ST-200 PE has it is also a compact saw as well but easy to clean and has stainless steel on its side when you’re done you can just hose it down. ST-295 PE is for professionals and is a larger heavier saw its features are 1.5HP, 220v, and a 116” blade it’s also easy to adjust and take apart. Now if you want a clean heavy duty saw the ST-295 AI is the direction you want to go in it has almost all the same features as the ST-295 PE but is stainless steel and hose down washable for convenience. The last saw conserves meat so you have less on the floor and more in your freezer the ST-305 SH its has a high speed of 3HP, 3phase, 220 to 380 volts, and a 120” blade it is another professional saw that is not only fast but is easy to hose down and clean the saw is especially made for precise cuts and faster ones.

Which one of these meat saws are right for you or your family business? What should you look for when choosing one? Well you half to know your limitations and what your skills are with meat saws and how much meat you will be butchering plus how much space you have for a meat saw. If you don’t have much space and you don’t want to or don’t have time to clean up your saw after you’re done then the ST-200 AI is for you but if you have small space but have time to clean up then the ST-200 PE is for you. Now if you have a lot of experience with meat saws and know what you’re doing and want a fast easy to clean heavy duty one go with ST-305 SH it’s the most efficient big saw out of the bunch.
